1. Types of Recurring Charges
In the customization panel, we can find two types of recurring charges: Public and Unique. Each of these types offers different benefits depending on the type of recurrence the business wants to create.
1.1. Public Recurring Charges
Public recurring charges allow multiple users to subscribe to a recurring charge through a link or QR code that provides the specific details of the charge. These charges are indicated by an icon of a planet, signifying that the charge is public.

Unique recurring charges allow only one user to subscribe to the recurring charge through a link or QR code that provides the specific details of the charge. These charges are indicated by a padlock icon, signifying that the charge is unique.

2.2. Business Cancellation
Business cancellation is divided into two models:
Model 1: User-Initiated Cancellation Request
The user can click the "cancel subscription" button found in their email, which will redirect them to a window similar to the one shown in Image 3, where they can provide reasons for unsubscribing. By clicking the "submit" button, the cancellation request is sent to the business.
Model 2: Business-Initiated Cancellation Request
When the user sends a cancellation request for a recurring charge, the business will receive a notification via email about the new request. In the platform's list of recurring charges, a red label will indicate a charge with a cancellation request.
⚠️ Recurring charges with cancellation requests will be
automatically moved to the top of the list for better
visibility to the business.
