Step 1
Once the user has requested the reversal of a transaction, click on the transaction and a window with a summary will be displayed :

Step 2
Click on Cancel transaction and the following window will appear in which you must describe the reason for the cancellation:

Step 3
Click on Cancel transaction and the following window will appear :
Image 3: Successful cancellation.
Step 4
You will see in the collection list that the status has been changed to Cancelled:

Step 5
Customers will receive the following notification in their email about the cancellation of their transaction:
Image 5: Cancellation mail.
