Payment notifications and failed webhooks

Activate payment notifications on the platform to receive immediate alerts for transactions made by your customers.

In the Preferences section under Notifications, activate the Notify Paid Charge button. Determine where you will receive the notification under Notification Destination.

-Failed Webhook Notifications

Webhooks are an efficient and reliable way to receive real-time notifications about payment updates processed on your platform.

Make sure to keep the failed webhook notifications active on your platform. This feature sends an email notification when a webhook fails to capture correctly.

In the Preferences section under Notifications, activate the Notify Failed Webhooks button. Determine where you will receive the notification under Notification Destination.
