How do I recover my password?

Just in case you forget your password, go to the access portal. The login screen should appear as shown in step 1 below:

Step 1

Enter the URL assigned to your bank. Example: https://www.BANCOXYZ.pixelpay.app/login

Click on “¿Olvido su clave?”

Step 2

Enter the email address that your PixelPay profile was registered with. Click the "Restaurar" button.

Step 3 

Finally you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
